Chris did a fantastic job of replacing my old fence panels with new one's, price was very fair, it wasn't a straight forward job and he didn't stop until it was perfect, kept me informed every step of the way, cleaned everything up and took away all the old fencing panels, would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him again for any future work

A genuinely nice guy, would definitely recommend him. They both worked like troopers and finished fencing off my garden in a day, even though the weather was against them and Chris was injured! Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I am extremely happy with the service from Vas. Very professional and quick. I needed my whole salon refurbished and done very quickly. Vas contacted me straight away and gave a very detailed and fair quote for work. Vas and his team are very polite and courteous and have accommodated all the request made. They even kept the place clean and tidy as they worked. The best builders I have met so far! And I have had a lot of salons refurbished over the years. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Proper nice people. Two turned up for the job which 2 people were needed for. I loved the way they got on together. Singing , laughing and joking. Exactly how it should be. Did a great job. Professional and respectful. If any other jobs need doing I wouldn't hesitate to hire these guys.

Joe and his team did an excellent job from start to finish on my garage conversion. He is flexible in his approach to work and always willing to keep his customers happy by doing extras where needed. Joe completed the work by the agreed end date and proved to be very reliable and trustworthy. I will be hiring him again for other jobs around my property.

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Charlie built us a custom cabinet and TV wall, he was very quick to respond, organize a quote and complete the work. The quality of his work is extremely neat, accurate and he managed to give us exactly what we asked for.
