He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
Tony gave a good break down on the quote for a number of jobs as we knew we would not be able to have all the work completed at once. We agreed a date for the first part of the works, Tony arrived promptly everyday, the job was completed to a high standard, his knowledge helped us to make decisions. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
