Not the best experience. They came out and looked at my combi boiler because I had no hot water. They seemed unsure about what the issue was and had to phone a helpline for advice which didn’t fill me with confidence. After diagnosing what they thought was the issue I was told that it would need a part which would need to be ordered. I agreed and was told that it could take a day or two for it to arrive. I waited and heard nothing so I decided to send a text and call them a few times but I got no response.

He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

After flood and storm damage Howard and his team attended the house very quickly. They submitted an extremely efficient report of works required and the qoute was very good. Works began almost immediately and communication was fantastic. Nothing was to much and the team even took on additional work without any fuss. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.
