From the minute Dave came to quote for the job he immediately knew what he was doing and made some great suggestions to what was a strange request! I had a couple of other quotes and all the builders were stumped with the bizarre pipe work in my garage and how they would work it. Dave knew from the start and his confidence in knowing the job could be done to a high standard was reassuring. It is nearly complete bar a few snags and I have been very impressed by all the team

Mr Mark Kennel is a very professional man. He was quick in his response, very clear in providing his advice. He did the Wall Fencing within two days and used very nice durable material. His Wall survived the battering from storm Emma. Mark's Walls and doors are just a marvel with our neighbours, friends and passers-by. He even helped me repair our Decking using his own tools, which was out of the work he had come to do. I would recommend Mark to any one who wants to do Fencing and Decking. keep up it up Sir

We are in the second week of our build which is progressing very well. The team are very professional and courteous and have kept the site and surrounding area very tidy. They have saved us a considerable sum of money not only on the build but also on kitchen units. Delighted with everything at the moment.

100% happy with the work Mike and his team did for us in demolishing our garden walls and an old brick outhouse and replacing with new fencing.They worked like trojans in extremely hot uncomfortable conditions. Thanks very much for an excellent job.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! I would have no hesitation in using him again and recommending Prestige Construction to friends and family.

I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. Jimmy provided superb services. I am very delighted with his work ethics and his attention to detail. He gave a very honest quote with detailed cost break-up and kept each and every word while delivering. Her worked long hours everyday to make sure that I am able to move into my house on his promised day and when he completed the job it was a neatly finished job. Very honest builder and he will be the my first choice for all future works. Just go and grab him as you will not get any better one!
