All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Cons: 1) turned up very late on start day; 2) did not remove rubbish; 3) did not clean before they left (new patio was filthy); 4) used materials I had purchased for other jobs to complete their job; 5) quality of rendering on a small area of external wall was awful; 6) insistently pestered for payment having been slow at providing payment information (which we had to request from them).

AVOID ! At all cost, honestly getting flooring done is so expensive and this company came ruined my new purchase herringbone flooring by laying it completely wrong! They don’t know what they are doing and have no skill. They are messy dust everywhere my walls sofa cushions, curtains everything is a mess. I stopped them and told them not to come back after paying an initial £600 wish I never paid anything now going to open a dispute. Awful is me being nice avoid these people!
