Professional approach to the carried work, reliable and diligent. The work carried by Top Level Construction has not been finished yet, but I believe that they finish it to the high quality standard.

Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

A very helpful tradesman who did just what was asked of him - pavers, edgings, garden wall and repointing. Would happily use again for hard landscaping.

Envagelos is punctual, polite and respectful. He did an amazing job with my patio and other areas of the garden and an additional job of doing the paving at the front of the house which was last minute and it was no trouble to him. His finishing touch is of a high standard. Highly recommend him...

Really impressed with the quality and finish of all of Dillon’s work. He put care into everything he did and the finished project looks absolutely amazing. The project involved constructing bespoke kitchen joinery and laying an oak parquet floor. Dillon really showed off his carpentry skills with these tasks but also demonstrated he was more than able to tackle the larger structural work we had done too. I’ve already recommended him to friends and will be asking him to do more work for us in the future.

Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. All the work was done in a very exceptable timescale and for a very reasonable price, I will be inviting him back in the future for more work, thank you so much Alex, Great job

In summary, extremely impressed. Tony was able to fix a longstanding issue with uneven brick paving in block of flats I manage the next day at a very reasonable rate and with great communication throughout. Will be reaching out to him for other jobs as they arise due to his professionalism.

Levi is a brilliant plasterer. Arrived promptly on time on the scheduled date and was extremely considerate when on the property. No damage and all flooring/surfaces were suitably covered. Extremely impressed with Levi's skill, plastering work is flawless throughout and extremely fast! Couldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team enough.

We have really appreciated the efficient and professional work from Tom. He delivered a very competative quote in a good timely manner, when we agreed on the contract he arrived on time, and his work was good and accurate. Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.
