Very reliable & good quality work - after being told by another tradesman this was going to be an awkward, lot more expensive job we were expecting the worst but the problem was sorted straight away & at a lot less cost! Gordon was fantastic, wanted a few pictures and mirrors putting up, did a great job. He did put the mirror up not how I wanted but I text him to tell him this and he text straight back to arrange a date when he could come back to correct it. Would definitely recommend . Very reliable and great value for money.

Myles was very helpful, gave good advice and was keen to ensure the work was done how we wanted it. They worked hard to do the work in the time promised and the result looks great. We were impressed with the supervision of the work throughout. Very tidy, clean and curteous.

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price. From the minute Dave came to quote for the job he immediately knew what he was doing and made some great suggestions to what was a strange request! I had a couple of other quotes and all the builders were stumped with the bizarre pipe work in my garage and how they would work it. Dave knew from the start and his confidence in knowing the job could be done to a high standard was reassuring. It is nearly complete bar a few snags and I have been very impressed by all the team

Responded quickly to request, assessed damp issues with full easy to understand explanation if what thought was required with immediate actions required and suggested actions for longer term. Carried out work resolving damp and roofing issues. House no dry and water tight

We are in the second week of our build which is progressing very well. The team are very professional and courteous and have kept the site and surrounding area very tidy. They have saved us a considerable sum of money not only on the build but also on kitchen units. Delighted with everything at the moment.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. Very punctual and reliable, great communication and the job came in ahead of time and on budget, really pleased with the finished job! I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. When you are spending your hard earned money you probably like me get a little nervous wondering whether you have hired the right people. Well rest assured hire Tony Darker, John, Dj and Eric was a great decision. These lads are unbelievable. Their work is spot on, punctuality is perfect and you will not meet a more polite team of workers. Nothing was to much trouble and they run you through every stage of the process. I had my front, side and rear garden paved and it is absolutely spot on. Well done lads

Gary provided a quote and completed the job quickly, like we needed. Keeping me informed of when he would be arriving etc. The work to remove an old concrete garden fixture was completed to a high standard & everything was taken out, despite the fixture being quite deep with a lot of rock to remove. The area was left neat and tidy. Gary also came back to provide a temporary flag covering to keep everything safe until I could arrange a longer term replacement / fitting in it's place.
