I had a small bathroom fully refurbished including some work on the plumbing, tiling and fitting a shower, a toilet and a sink. The work was completed to a good standard. Some things were not up to scratch on the tiling, grout and silicone. However, Mario made sure all was rectified in the end. The work took longer than planned about a month but overall was all good. All certification and insurance documents available if requested. I’m a fully established builder with a methodical attention to detail. I have a good imagination when it comes to designing landscapes or renovating inside of a property. I am literate in reading and running builds from architects drawings and can lay any type of drainage from engineers instructions.

David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.
I would highly recommended Simon and his team. Great quality work, very professional. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and ceilings/downlights. The job was completed on time and on budget, they were very tidy when they worked and everything was spotless at the end of each day. Simon also gave advice on future projects. We will definitely be contacting Simon for work in the future.
