From the first contact throughout, Dobson's have been friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The family run team are excellent at all aspects of the job from the ground up and the standard of work and attention to detail is second to none. Any issue was dealt with quickly. George is a superstar! Reasonably priced and does exactly what he says he’s going to do, when he says he’s going to do it. He knows his stuff and is respectful of your property and neighbours. A great job, done quickly, clean and tidy! Highly recommend! ????????

You knew it was a 20 year driveway but you said it was no problem before you started. Now that you have done bad job you are blaming the driveway. You just laid it wrong.

At the time the work was done in August we were satisfied. Albeit the work was left unfinished as he didn't exactly complete what he agreed to, to our satisfaction. I was back at work myself as the work ran over the 5 days agreed. Looking at it right now, the standard was poor, surfaces were not smoothed off and marks left everywhere. The main damp corner has now come back damp as when the work was commissioned. Disappointing really as now looks like we have been taken for fools for 700 notes.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed
