We needed a new arial and decided while action aerials were with us to connect all our rooms so they could be connected to tv's. Job satisfactory and tradesman quick.
Masterteck Repair is a hard surface repair and French Polishing specialist.
Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Excellent work from an extremely knowledgeable and helpful workman, despite the job being larger than originally envisaged. Phil was punctual, polite and extremely hardworking, offering advice and working around problems where any were found. He went around the entire kitchen and tested everything thoroughly after the work was completed, sent through safety/inspection certificates promptly.
