George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I can't recommend Tom highly enough! A great finished product, professional service and great craftsmanship. We were absolutely delighted. He tackled a variety of tricky joinery tasks as well as new ceilings/plastering tasks in our home, including making bespoke alcove shelving/units and new cabinets. Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.
