George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. The guys did a great job. Pre ordered materials and skip and on the day they arrived and got most of the groundwork done quickly. Travis Perkins failed to deliver all materials but they tracked down the materials and go the job done to a great standard. The even did a few extra jobs for me. Competitive pricing and good service. Reccomended.

We were delighted with the work Kevin carried out for us recently. He is highly professional in his approach, being prompt, reliable and tidy. We can thoroughly recommend "all types of carpentry".
Our quote was higher than others as we quoted to coat the stairs three times with a high quality varnish because they were in such a bad way, however the customer did not want to pay for this so we kindly matched the other quote, and this was only to put one coat of mid range varnish on. As with all previously painted low grade pine to achieve a good even finish you need to build on the layers and this customer did not want to pay for this. On finishing this job we had advised the customer that additional coats were needed and offered to do them at a reduced price. The flooring as mentioned by the customer is good and we also matched a lower quote for this.

The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets.
