Within minutes of placing my ad, Stuart contacted me regarding coming to have a look at what precisely I needed doing and give me a quote. After giving this company 5 star rating i have now changed it to a 1 , did as they advised waited a few days for cement to dry then hosed my wall and left to dry wall looks bad,rang Chris who assured me he would come out on tuesday,no show i rang him using 3 phones as he blanked my calls said hed come out today,no show blanked my messages ,use at your peril now have hire someone to rectify his bad work

I am very pleased with the service I received from this company. Leanne was great on the other end of the phone: helpful & willing to provide info & updates throughout the process. Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Karl was a nice guy, came up with a reasonable quote and worked through some modifications to the quote, however, I was unable to hire him as he refused to have any kind of written agreement / contract confirming the terms of the work. It’s a shame, because I wanted to work with Karl but wasn’t willing to spend so much money with nothing specific in writing.
