George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Both my wife and I were more than impressed with Roy and the guys from Five Star Decorations. I honestly thought that we were going to be charged more once the work had began due to the nature of our internal walls. But Roy said initial quote stood and there would be no additional cost. The initial quote we were sent was a clear and concise breakdown of the job in hand and really understood our requirements, there were no hidden costs. They made sure our house was habitable after everyday and kept disruption down to a minimum, especially as we have a small baby, which Roy was very mindful about. The end result far exceeded our expectationss and I would not have any problem employing Five Star Decorations again.
