We don’t cut corners and we always follow all regulations at all times. We will never do any work with our you knowing and understanding the costs. We are a Cardiff based company providing services in the domestic and Commercial heating and gas sector. I set up Marshall Heating Solutions in February 2020, I have been in the industry for 21 years and I have gained invaluable experience in all aspects within the profession being a heating service, repair and installation engineer covering anything plumbing, heating and gas within domestic and commercials buildings. There really isn't much that I haven’t come across and experienced within the field, during my working career. I have successfully been a heating manager for a couple of successful heating business, before taking the plunge and setting up this company myself. I also have all the relevant training and qualifications required to complete all lines of work within the industry. All our quotations are free off charge and we never charge a call out fee Just a fair hourly fee off £65 & vat.

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. They were efficient polite & friendly & nothing was too much trouble for them. Even when I added a couple of extra jobs! It was all done in a few days & left clean & tidy. I would recommend them any time.

Poor quality work, had to get it re-done. Did not remove bamboo root as asked, hid it inside a raised bed along with lots of rubbish. Poor brickwork on raised bed - didn't even notice had changed from stretcher bond until I pointed out the mess. Patio & path had wobbly slabs (turns out they had laid it without a sub base) & when I asked them to re-do they didn't turn up to finish the job. Hassled for money as they went along, unfortunately I paid most of it. Had to use the remainder to get it done right.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
