Main task of laying wood was top class. Reasons for the mixed review: - As part of cost, was promised beading that would colour match the wood, but he turned up with different colour beading and it was left to me to varnish it - door needed to be trimmed because the wooden floor was at a raised height - was cut incorrectly. He promised to return and fix the door and lay a bridge to the carpeted hallway if I paid him in full which I did. Despite me following up, he never returned which I find dishonest.

His price was the best for labour which included cost of hiring Tower for 7 days. As for materials, I paid at cost. He worked hard and was polite. Aftet work every day the place was left clean. Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Couldn't do the work in the time he said during his visit. didn't explain the price properly. I purchased the tiles, but he expected me to understand what other materials were needed but didn't tell me this when he come to look at the job! And finally, left me in the lurch and didn't do the job.
