David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

Replacement kitchens and bathrooms. Plumbing. Plastering. Roofing. Painting and decorating. Asbestos surveys and removal. Carpentry. Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
I didn't actually use him to do the work so I cannot comment on the quality of his work, hence the "satisfactory" rating for quality and value. He arrived when promised and communication from him was good and he called back when promised. I was impressed by him and plan to use him for a big job in the future.

I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. He had the keys to our home for one month and still did not complete the a job that would take him one week. Any advice on how to take legal action? 100% unprofessional
