Asked for new aerial and new cable.problems after one week and now after three the same problem I had to start with is back. After further inspection the new aerial was fitted to old cable so job wasn't done properly after several attempts to contact thomas he said he would call back and didn't and now rejecting calls and txts.extremely dissapointed.

Constant communication and keep me up to date on delivery times etc of parts. Was always very prompt and always turned up when agreed. Would recommend to others.

Fitting new sockets in an office. Scott was very pleasant to deal with, he was on time, and called when he said he would every time. The quote was very reasonable and the work carried out on schedule, and he was able to do the work at a convenient time for us. Thanks Scott!

John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

Total waste of £200 and my time. I advertised to have my EICR done, Sean came on the day as agreed. However he couldn’t issue certificate as there were some small fixes to be done. He couldn’t do it on a day and arranged to come back in a couple of days, to finish the job but never showed up. Then said again, he will be couple days later but never made it. Now he is not even replying. I already paid for certificate I didn’t get and after waiting for over a week I have to pay someone else to do it.

The job was a simple swap from a plug and socket arrangement to a fused switch to serve a boiler. Albeit, the work was carried out at short notice and to a good standard. Communication was excellent and arrived on time. I was expecting the plug and socket to be removed as part of the work, but this does not detract from an otherwise very good service. Would use again and recommend.

Great work on our bathroom from this company. Clear and honest communication prior to the work. Started and finished on time despite a few unexpected bumps in the road. Top drawer standard of work. Would highly recommend and will for sure use again

Cancelled on the day of the job, re arranged for the following week. Never showed up on the rearranged day, ignored texts and phone calls. Wasted two weeks, we won’t be able to get the job done now as we’ve run out of time.

We had great experience with Tony for another job so gave him a new job of installing 2 new taps and a new en-suite. He was very responsive until we paid the deposit and turned up to do the job 5 weeks after the initial scheduled date. We found tap leaks right after the job. He turned up twice to fix but unable to do so. We reached out again but he didn’t respond. Our opinion is that either the materials he ordered are of poor quality or he’s just can’t fix a tap leak.
