Genuinely haven’t encountered a better tradesman and I’ve refurbished a fair few houses. Michal has turned up when he said he would, his work is immaculate, he is tidy, clean and diligent. He also took the time to flag a potential wet rot issue - which he could have ignored. In many years of dealing with trades I have genuinely been delighted with Michal and am happy to recommend. John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

The job was a simple swap from a plug and socket arrangement to a fused switch to serve a boiler. Albeit, the work was carried out at short notice and to a good standard. Communication was excellent and arrived on time. I was expecting the plug and socket to be removed as part of the work, but this does not detract from an otherwise very good service. Would use again and recommend.

Gary did a great job repairing my drive which the blocks had moved due to concrete all broken he replaced with new edges and put the blocks back in place looking fab.thanks again Gary would highly recommend for a number of projects
