John came out, gave me a quote and came out the following week. He took before and after pictures, which he showed me. I paid in cash with 6 that a receipt would be emailed to me that did not happen. 2. Weeks later, I rained, and I still had water coming in at the same place. Called him, and he said he would come out. After numerous calls and texts, I am still waiting. Not good customer service

Despite several promises to come out and fix my problem John has never came back , My issue has not improved one bit and i have sent several messages some of which don't even get a reply. I Have all the correspondence with this company and will be looking at lodging a complaint with same

Very happy with the cost and work carried out , John gave me all the details of what was required to sort my issue , gave me a date and time . John arrived and did a professional job on my property and cleared up any mess that was left , would recommend to anyone considering this line of work

Unlike the majority of tradesmen these days, I got free advice on my repairs and help on how to resolve the issues I experienced with my original contractor along with an offer to quote if I can’t get a suitable resolution. I certainly will be using pro performance in the future.
