Honest, good communication, did not create unwanted/unnecessary work, remedial works that cropped up following EICR test were quoted at fair price Currently lot of work for electricians due to EICR legislation is making many Electricians arrongant. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
