Brilliant service from start to finish. Luke contacted me within minutes of me posting the job on Sunday evening. On Monday morning he had popped round to check on the work required and provided a fair quote promptly. He is polite and friendly and his communication is excellent- the work was booked in quickly. It was not leaking! Regardless if I was getting a new bathroom in few months or not I was expecting this to least cover until clearly some mixed communication however I was under the impression that apart from the electrical switches which you did mention the job was done do I need to contact trading standards here as I feel that a guarantee is needed

A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Despite numerous attempts to contact and fairly resolve I have still not had the issue sorted. I have now employed an established and qualified professional to complete the work. I am a an electrician with over 17 years experience. I specialise in domestic, commercial and industrial work, ranging from smaller jobs such as new sockets and lights, to bigger projects such as rewires and fit outs. I completed a City and Guilds apprenticeship when I first started in 2008. I am an inspector and tester so can faultfind, rectify and commission electrical systems.
Sadly we arranged a day, no show, no contact nothing. I left a message (just one) asking to let me know if he was still coming. No response. Next day I received a message very early, no explanation, no apology! It wasn’t convenient for the job to be done the following day. Having discussed this in initial contact. Communication is key and when there is none confidence in the person goes. I was worried about the distance but was assured that it wasn’t an issue! Very disappointing experience.?
