All tested working afterwards. I honestly could not fault him, he even fixed my noisy toilet cistern with a single touch! Also gave some advice on other projects we have planned. Please avoid booking this locksmith. He change my side gate lock that was damaged. The lock was removed and he charged £70 for removing the lock. He came to fix the lock after couple of days and charged £140. The lock was fitted at night time. We noticed that the screw used was not the right screw and already coming off next day. The lock is already shaking and can drop off anytime. I reported the situation and Robby promised to come on Friday, but he didn’t come. Avoid booking him

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
