Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

I recently had a new electric oven and hob installed, which also required sorting out the junction box and safely removing the old gas oven, hob, and gas piping. Unfortunately, despite all of the efforts of the tradesman - who’s communication skills were very poor we had to call another locksmith to correct the job. The tradesman from Bridlock drew holes too big so screws fell out. He also left enormous mess after which we found quite strange and unexpected - he was very much in a hurry. Most tradesman we dealt with swept and hover after themselves. For £ 120 40min very messy job installing our lock which we purchased prior to the job I would not recommend to any

I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
