Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Excellent service. Very reasonable quote compared to two other companies. When the workers arrived they asked if I was ok with them wearing their outdoor footwear. They collected the items from upstairs, being very careful not to damage any wallpaper, ceilings or door frames. Very polite. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
