He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
