Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Where to start? Guy, what a fantastic bloke. A real genuine nice guy. So friendly and professional. Such a hard working person. You couldn't ask for anyone better to do work for you. Then his work. Absolutely amazing. We have a very old house with very interesting shapes. The frames he had to fit the doors into were extremely tricky. The work he did on the new doors was phenomenal. He also fitted flooring and dado rail. We honestly couldn't be happier with the end result s.

As well as providing a very competitive quote they completed the works to budget and to a great timescale to get us the extension we needed before Christmas. They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.

Really sad to be writing this as I had high hopes for Callum as he seemed like a nice man. Sadly that is not the case. He fitted 2 kitchens for me in December for which he has been paid and neither of them are finished. One of them still has a large base unit and work top and some top units still in boxes. He was quite forceful in wanting to be paid before Christmas and has promised me on multiple occasions that he will return to complete the work and then hasn’t turned up. Do not trust
