I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Did you know that you can use a Loss Assessor, like me, to help negotiate a fair settlement with your insurer? I can then instruct vetted contractors and oversee any reinstatement works? Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. I have been in this double glazing for over 35years . Manufacting / fitting and the last 17 years service engineer for a large double glazing company . I always look to repair first before saying new window /door is needed . I can upgrade door locks if same cant be found . I repair leaks on conservatory / door / windows. If you want New Windows or Doors and Conservatories i can do . I Have Liabiliy insurance cover.

A bit about myself names pj from tipperary Ireland, in uk several years now with 20 years experience of qualified carpenter, builder, and plastering I hold a certified for level 6 master craftsmanship for carpentry. and a British gymism for plastering. ive two gold cscs cards and several certificates such as working at heights, harness trained ect. I'm also an incident controller trained to manage small to major accidents. I believe everyone has a calling and mines been in residential and commercial construction from small to big projects and everything in between and soon will help with yours. I take great pride in my work and dont see it as a job but more like living my best life. I've done my travelling overseas been to Australia and Canada for several big companies. I didnt like it I didnt like just been another number a link in the chain. "I want to break free" I've been a working site supervisor carpenter joiner in the uk now for 7 yrs. If I see it I can build it. sincerely look forward to hearing from you and working closely with you in the near future Thank you for your time.

I was very happy with Mark, he's done a great job with the flooring and tiling all for a reasonable cost. He was punctual every day and got the job finished in good time. I've asked him to come back to do a few more jobs in a few weeks time.

No one turned up. One person said he would come and see what was involved. As usual with this site, no one came. Eventually a friend came with a 3 year old. He wouldn't take any money but the 3 year old had 2 sausages and an ice lolly. .
