Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Huge thanks to Paul for the installation of our windows and encapsulation of our original 1930's stained glass. Not the easiest of jobs, and we had some extra complexities with plantation shutters that had to be removed, and a few delays (not to mention Paul travelled from Swansea to Cheltenham for the installation!) The finished job is stunning and we were delighted to keep our original stained glass. Paul's workmanship was brilliant, kept us updated and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending him!

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
