Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

GW glass, I hired him ( on 5th Sept 24) to replace double glazed windows handles which were loose. He knew nothing about how to do the job. He has damaged the locking mechanism of the 3 windows by making more holes in the windows. They are completely damaged now and he doesn’t want to accept that it was his fault. Which will now cost me £2600 to replace them. Please be aware of him, no one should hire him as he has no knowledge installing or repairing double glazed windows or their handles.

It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job. We asked him to install new toilet and basin in our cloakroom and to re- tile, he did a very good job and overcome problems as they arose without any drama. Also very good value.
