Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Adam responded really quickly to my posting, although I didn't go ahead with the original job I posted I did ask him to carry out another job. He did a great job redecorating a studio apartment with some repairs to the ceiling from an old leak. The place looked as good as new by the time he finished! This proved to be an expensive mistake. Joe and his partner Paul were both incompetent. This showed in innumerable ways. They did not have the energy to do the job - it took them about 2 months - it cost way over their budgeted price; and I am still even now paying out for professional plumbers to correct their mistakes. The latest is the radiator, it is falling off the wall. They were unable to install even that ...Paul knew a little about plumbing but he should stick to odd jobs; it is all he can do.
