I'm more than delighted with the job John did for me on my floor. I wanted it sanded and whitewashed and I had an exact idea of how I wanted it to look. John managed to achieve that exact look. Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.
