Within 24hrs of the initial telephone call I had had a visit and received an email quote, the work was carried out on time and the final invoice was reduced to reflect the fact that certain work was not necessary (Mr Millins pointed this out) and the cost was removed from the bill. Very pleased with the finished job. However, I think an industrial-strength vacuum cleaner would be more appropriate for cleaning up after preparation work rather than my domestic cleaner.
