Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. Fixed a radiator in my en-suite whilst decorating a bedroom, removed paintings and replaced perfectly in hall, stairs and landing, lounge was cleaned and tidied after decorating. This company did not finish job, left huge mess, did damage. Grossly overcharged, left misspelt invoice. 2 hours after doing half day instead of full, man rang me demanding his money "as needed to buy materials for next job" - but only 1/2 did mine. I did not pay £670 he again demanded for FIVE HOURS. He also "mislaid" my summerhouse key, new lock now installed after 38 years of use of "lost" one. He is untrustworthy and frightened disabled 83 year old widow. He should be struck off your list.
