I used APH Property Maintenance to hang some doors. They were very professional and reliable. The job was finished to a very high standard especially considering it was not straight forward. i originally got lee in to do some plastering on a renovation i was doing. he done a fantastic job. since then he has done a wet room and two bathrooms to a very high spec. i have also asked him to render the outside of the house which he is now in the process of doing. I am very sure i will use him again in the future. Top man and very approachable

The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets. The price was reasonable for the work and all the work was done to a high standard. I would recommend their services and potentially contract them again in future.

I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Russell is like the decorator in your dreams. Always on time: you could literally set your watch.by him. Works to a really high standard and takes pride in his work. Add to that: pleasant, completely reliable and easy to work with. Best of all, the rooms in my home that he did look amazing. I don't do this often, but I can't recommend him highly enough.
