Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Rich and his team were super efficient. Our roof was leaking badly (water coming through the bedroom ceiling) Even though Rich couldn't start working on the roof straight away (due other work commitments) he came on an extremely wet Sunday, put the scaffolding up and did a temporary repair to stop any further damage to the bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out and for a reasonable price.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised

Due to water damage we had to have our dining room floor lifted and replaced, and the room re-plastered and decorated. We also decided to have a new kitchen worktop and sink installed, and a partial internal wall removed at the same time. Carl was able to organise all of this for us and not only was it done to a very high standard it was also done well within time. We’re so happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend. Great job finished on time and on budget. We cleaned up each evening in preparation for the next day but by the end of the week Yad was cleaning himself to prepare for the next day. Trustworthy we left him at times when we needed to go out and provided a key for him to let himself in. Very happy with the finished product.
