Tomasz refurbished our main bathroom and downstairs toilet. Job was done on time, when agreed and the cost was reasonable for the work carried out. We discovered water damage behind our bath, which was unknown, and Tomasz replaced the damaged wall and we agreed a reasonable price for this. Really pleased with the outcome and finish, would highly recommend if you're looking to hire and would use then again.

We used these guys to do a lot of work in our house over the last 6 months. Most of the work has been excellent. There were a number of issues with our hallway that caused delays of over 6 weeks and cost us financially, some we feel are issues they could have foreseen and mitigated but didn’t, hence the 3 stars.
Please excuse the timescale between my last ratings, sadly my wife needed care the last few years and i'm now returning back to work, hopefully my prior ratings tell you a story. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. They were very customer focused, no job was too much. Thank you guys for all your hard work. We love our new decking.

Having worked for over 32 years with the same firm as a painter and decorator I am now self employed as they ceased trading in 2012. I have experience in working in different environments, big and small, inside and out. No job to big or to small!
We were in a different city to the job, so we had to rely on Eric to manage the work; including liaising with letting agents to pick up keys etc. He did this very well, always did what he said he would, and was always trustworthy. We went up to meet Eric at the end of the job and he's clearly a very professional and likeable person.
