After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

I am very satisfied with the work. Michael responded promptly and worked hard to accommodate timing changes in the appointment times when I had an issue. He charged a very reasonable price. He sorted a leak in the shower hose and gave me good advice about general maintenance. His colleague replaced the sealant behind my kitchen sink and did an excellent job taking time and trouble to complete the job properly. They both cleared up well after the jobs were completed. Untrustworthy and grossly overpriced! Don't charge by the hour or by the job! Will rip you off! Called them to fix a leaking toilet, was assured a price will be given a prior to the job being done. The attending plumber (a day late) wouldn't give a price, not even a rough estimate. Took him about an hour of work and was charged the exorbitant amount of £980 (some samples of the invoice: isolator installed £120, Re-sealed flexi and installed new rubber £120) BEWARE

When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
