I spoke to George regarding an emergency leaking broken tap at 11pm and he came to fix the problem at 6am the next day! He fitted a brand new tap, was personable and efficient. Louis dealt with a major water leak at our rented property, the day after we advertised on RP. To be honest, we’ve had the same issue before and it’s never been properly resolved. Louis diagnosed the issue and rectified the problem by re-doing the pipework and cleaning it all the way through. He is also sorting a stopcock which has seized up. He provided us with videos to show what he had done. Very happy with the work he did and for sorting this issue so quickly.

Sanitary broken, items missing, walls not straight, wall tiles wonky, flooring laid incorrectly with high areas and gaps, floor Tiles stuck with silicone instead of adhesive, wiring is a shambles, water pipes not connected correctly causing leaks and low water pressure, AVOID

Jake and team arrived on time and cracked on with a massive clearance job. Always smiling and very polite. Completed in just under a day and a half and we are very happy. ACL were a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with the build and finish. It was a substantial project renovating and changing the layout throughout the whole house as as well as a sizeable rear extension. Doug project managed the build, his professionalism, communication and understanding throughout the build was exceptional. Issues that arose (not of ACL's making) throughout the 6 month project were dealt with swiftly and effectively with clear communication on options and cost.

Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.
