This was a fiddle of job retrofitting insulation between rafters in a 1930 chalet bungalow. Tricky and uncomfortable work and companies quoted high in response. Lesters quote was a good slice less than others. Lester had a great reference from a previous job and lived up to it in every way. He completed the job on time, within his estimate, and with great attention to detail. He is pleasant, communicates well, knowledgeable and great at discussing the options and little issues, and giving timely advice.

After setting Jac Jones Cons. what at first seemed like a simple straightforward job they continued to do everything they possibly could to complete what turned out to be possibly the hardest job they had ever taken on. Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
