After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Daniel provided a competitive quote. I wanted Howdens kitchen and he allowed me to directly deal with Howdens. So in effect I paid the Howdens trader price. The best part was for him to suggest some additional work which made a lot difference. I really appreciate him for that. He charged extra but it was worth it. Mark was pleasant to deal with, honest, reliable and quoted a fair price. The job ended up not being reprionting due to his advice, but was bespoke work to fix some motorbike ground anchors in a trench of cement. Unusual job, but I discussed it with Mark who was accommodating and completed a good job quickly and conveniently.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

I've now used Mick several times. He's very conscientious about the quality of work he delivers and always obliging if there is any remedial work to be carried out after the job is complete. He replaced my boiler and hot water tank and will always advise what's best with his many years knowledge. He's also fitted a new gas hobby and done some maintenance on radiators. Fully Gas Safe registered. He's not always the quickest to reply to emails or text but I understand how incredibly busy he is.
