When you are spending your hard earned money you probably like me get a little nervous wondering whether you have hired the right people. Well rest assured hire Tony Darker, John, Dj and Eric was a great decision. These lads are unbelievable. Their work is spot on, punctuality is perfect and you will not meet a more polite team of workers. Nothing was to much trouble and they run you through every stage of the process. I had my front, side and rear garden paved and it is absolutely spot on. Well done lads

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Jason and his team were brilliant in helping me after a previous gardener disappeared on me having taken a lot of money and leaving my garden unusable. Did a great job, excellent value for money and was quick, efficient, and most importantly, said what he was doing and when he would be doing it. I'll be using him again and recommending to anyone else that needs work doing. ????????????????

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible
