This person is totally unreliable, Supposed to have fixed the leak. The Next day when it rained the rain still poured into my conservatory. I have tried Seven times to contact him and NO REPLIES My emails are tracked and show he has opened everyone. So took my money and ran. Turned up on time though didn't keep to his time scale (aware that some problems can't be avoided). Disappointed with the quality of work carried out to my bay window. Couple of excuses. Little extras not carried out. Stated he would return to finish a few things but hasn't. Not one to complain too much just wouldn't hire again and wouldn't recommend.

Billie came and looked at the problems we were having with our chimney and gave some sound advice along with his quote to fix them. He came back when we agreed and did a really neat job and so far no more leaks around the chimney. Overall job well done.

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.

In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

Fence was not finished to a high standard. There was a 1 meter gap left at the end of the fence. At the other end the panel was cut down to size but not capped off, just wedged in. 1 year later part of the fence had to be redone. Tried to contact the company after and they failed to respond.

Nice friendly guy, came round to look at the job, arranged to come back to fix the wall. I rang the day before to confirm he was coming but he said he Wouldn't be able to fix the wall (ever!!) as his truck had broken down.
