Petrus was very responsive on our request and after agreement, he immediately started our laminated floor job. He completed 2 rooms in a quick way and helped us to move these rooms after the work. However, there are some improvements need on connection points and sealing areas. I see some defects on sealers and after 2 months, there are 2 points in each room to give us some cracking sounds. Overall, his work is satisfying and worth to the money. He is skillful and make his words. Thanks Petrus

Patrick and team are highly professional and gave an excellent finishing work with an elegant look and feel, created new single hard-stand driveway, with Retaining walls and beautiful paving across. As I do not had any knowledge around requirements from highways and condition from planning on requirements like gradient on slop for new driveway, Retaining walls, Patrick explained and took the driveway work from scratch to finish plus he is also going to complete wo with dropping the kerb. Mid Kent Landscaping & Property Maintenance
Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

Mihai was amazing - the best trade's person who has walked through my door. Always on time , clean and respectful and honest. He did an incredible job with my paving and fences and he was so meticulous and precise. He had to carry approx 70 heavy bags of dirt up my stairs and then down another stairs and never once complained - an extremely hard worker. His fee was extremely competitive compared to the other quote's I received. I was very lucky I had Mihai to complete the work.
