Joseph carried out a bathroom refresh for me which I’m very happy with. His work was of good quality, he was communicative and gave advice on what might work well as we went through. I went on holiday for most of it and Joseph was trustworthy with my keys. Reasonably priced. He was also a good lad to have a chat with, nice manner and cool to be around! Cheers, James

Brilliant service from Steven and the guys. Arrived promptly and got to work straight away. Highly professional approach, polite and well mannered. The job was completed in a couple of hours and done to a very high standard. The finish on the wall was flawless. Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I'm very satisfied and would use both the website and Fraser again and would recommend Fraser to anyone needing roofing work.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

Scott was helpful in arranging a quote and date quickly for completing the work. He did an excellent job of plastering the room and left it nice and clean when finished. Really nice and friendly guy on top of that. Will definitely use again in the future!

Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.

I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Spoke to Kevin 5 Minuets after posting the job, we discussed the job, and agreed a price. The guy turned up Bang on time ( this is really important when having work carried out ) I didn't have to clean up ( so many workmen don't have the same level of pride) So it's nice to see one that does. ( well done Kevin ) Job done, and also now have a gas safe guy I can call on for any future work ( already got a job lined up for Kevin ) I'm bumping the rating up to 10 stars.. 5 isn't enough. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. Had a couple of issues with finishing touches but Aaron was as good as his word and came back out to fix them. Tidy worker and good communication throughout the whole process.
