Posted my job which needed doing asap , Stuart called up and arranged a time to come and quote. He turned up on time when he said he would. He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. Neil fitted in the job earlier than the scheduled date (very helpful), was courteous, polite and stayed in touch throughout. A price was agreed to replaster the whole flat. In the middle of the job he stated that it didn’t include the bathroom. We disagreed and I decided to go for another plasterer. During the call he said he was being hard done by And gave me a good quote.I provided him the money of £700 and he then tried to state I gave him only £600 5 hours later in a call to get more money
