I received a message late the night before you were due to start work that had been pre-arranged 2 weeks prior. No explanation, just see you Saturday. There was no consideration that your client has things to do as you say at this "busy festive period." A call earlier in the day explaining your situation would have been better. You should not have agreed to do the work if you were too busy and having to squeeze me in! My recommendation to you is to brush up on your customer service skills.

A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.

Hi, i have been doing plastering and home maintenance for 25 years so you know you are going to get the job done properly and with little inconvenience to you.
We have now used David on a number of occasions and well continue to do so. Nice guy and he always does a great job.
We cover all building works. However we specialise in plastering and brick/blockwork qualified bricklayer and plasterer 14 years experience public liabillty insurance and employer insurance.
Sam impressed from the off when invited out to provide a quotation, asking pertinent questions I had not even considered. Before work commenced he ensured a meeting with my architect and ran through technical specs. The work itself has surpassed our aspirations. He kept the site tidy throughout and it is clear he takes pride in his work. is communication throughout was also excellent, often using his initiative when a cost neutral desicion needed to be made, but checking with me for all else.
