John came out on an agreed date to understand my requirements. Got back to me the next day with a £quote. Was able to fit me in and start work the following week. Did exactly as we agreed & tidied up afterwards, working tirelessly with his team in the summer sun. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and repectful tradesperson. I had a leak at 2:30 am in the morning through my ceiling. I couldn’t find my stop tap and One9 sent out an emergency member of their team to help me out.
