Milan and his team are currently 8 weeks through our building project, which includes removing two supporting walls, installing a new kitchen, windows, skylights and bifolding doors and autility room with toilet and shower. Although we still have a few weeks until the project is finished, we are very happy with the progress and worked carried out so far and find Milan and his team to be trust worthy, reliable and hard working. We have a Regency-period mansion with stucco walls, and Alex painted this over four weeks. We are very pleased with the standard of his work - he uses only the best quality materials, and it’s fair to describe him as a perfectionist, doing thorough preparation and filling, and putting on as many coats as needed to get the end result as good as possible. He uses spray paint and can use a cherry picker, so works out less expensive than others . He is reliable, honest, and a good communicator.
