I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. I am getting him back to do additional work. I highly recommend kevin. Its refreshing to meet someone who is skilled and as professional as kevin and charges at a reasonable rate.

Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen. When I was first contacted and the job inspected photographs were shown to me of the problems and what the solutions were and materials to be use. The finished job looks good and well done. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
